Move In Hours
Tuesday June 23rd: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Wednesday June 24th: 11:00 am- 3:00pm
All food concessions must be set up and ready for inspection BY 12:00 NOON on Wednesday June 24th.

Enter the grounds using the WEST gate, there will be signage.
Both indoor and outdoor exhibitors will need to check in at the Stockade.
YOU MUST check in upon arrival before setting up your booth.
When you check in you will receive your Vendor package with your passes.

Exhibitor Parking is very limited and there will be a maximum of 2 Parking passes per exhibitor.
There will be an exception for set up & tear down, however for the rest of Frontier Days, all vehicles in exhibitor parking without a parking pass will be towed.

** Outdoor vendors are more than welcome to stay open later along with the midway, you can discuss this more upon arrival.

Admission passes are required to enter the gates daily. All exhibitors are expected to have a gate admission pass or will be required to pay to enter.
All gate workers will be instructed to check for passes when you are driving in, and after move-in you will NOT be able to enter by using your exhibit name. Disrespect towards our gate volunteers will NOT be tolerated.

Food Vendors
If you have not already done so, please complete and submit your temporary food vendor form.
ALL food vendors must be set up and ready for inspections that will begin on Wednesday, June 24th at noon.
Accomodations
We are pleased to offer our vendors options for accommodations.
Super 8 Motel
A block of rooms is available at a rate of $105.00 plus tax per night.

Motel 6
A block of rooms is available at a rate of $119.99-$124.99 plus tax per night.
Please call 306-778-0606 to book under “Frontier Days” before May 28th.

Marketing
This year, we’re excited to put an even bigger spotlight on our Trade Show and the amazing businesses that make it happen. We’ll be increasing our marketing and promotional efforts to highlight our commercial exhibit vendors before and during Frontier Days. To help us promote you, please be sure we have your current logo on file. We also invite you to consider donating an item or voucher that can be used in promotional giveaways leading up to the event—an easy way to gain extra exposure and excitement around your business.
