Frontier Days
Ambassador
A Proud Tradition of
Leadership & Community
The Frontier Days Ambassador plays a vital role in promoting the Frontier Days regional fair at events throughout the year, representing the Swift Current Agricultural & Exhibition Association, and showcasing the prairie way of life. This esteemed title recognizes outstanding young leaders in Southwest Saskatchewan and offers a meaningful way to engage with the community.
In appreciation of their year of service, the Ambassador will receive a $2,000.00 scholarship at the end of their term. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, the Ambassador will also receive a keepsake buckle, sponsored clothing, and a styled photoshoot.
2025 Frontier Days Ambassador
The Swift Current Ag & Ex announces the 2025 Frontier Days Ambassador, Kaylor Rudd!
18-year-old Kaylor Rudd was born and raised in Gull Lake, Saskatchewan. She recently completed her first year in the Environmental Science β Conservation and Reclamation program at Lakeland College. A lifelong rodeo enthusiast, Kaylor has been riding horses since the age of three and now competes in barrel racing and pole bending as a member of the college rodeo team.
In high school, Kaylor was actively involved in the Student Leadership Council, volleyball, badminton, and barrel racing. She also worked at SWT, where she developed a strong appreciation for agriculture. Volunteering has always been important to her, from helping at rodeo events and school functions to supporting youth in sports and local initiatives.
Kaylor has been involved in 4-H for 12 years, participating in light horse and craft projects with the Clairbank Multiple Club and later with the Wymark Drylanders. She held several executive positions, contributed to the provincial curling committee, and has served as a 4-H ambassador.
Dedicated, hardworking, and community-minded, Kaylor hopes to pursue a career in land reclamation in the oil and gas sector while continuing her passion for rodeo and horses. Her goal is to one day become a 4-H leader and own a ranch with cattle and horses. She is proud to represent her roots and is honoured to serve as the Frontier Days Ambassador to give back, share her passion for agriculture, and celebrate the western heritage of Swift Current.
Join us at Picnic in the Park as we pass the title of Ambassador to Kaylor!
June 8 at 2:15pm - Riverside Park, Swift Current SK
