Frontier Days Commercial Exhibits

Frontier Days welcomes an average of 25,000 guests over four days, offering an excellent opportunity to showcase your business to a large and diverse audience.

Commercial Exhibits will open on Wednesday, June 24 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, continue Thursday and Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and conclude on Saturday, June 27 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Vendor Space Options

Indoor Tradeshow Booth

Indoor Exhibit Space Available in the following Sizes, Non - Profit Rates are available

  • 10' x 10', 10' x 20', 10' x 30' and 10' x 40'

Outdoor “market” Space

Flexible outdoor spaces are available to suit your booth layout or trailer size, Limited power is available.

Food Concession Space (outdoor)

  • Up to 300 sq. ft. = $800 to secure your spot

  • Commission-based: 20% of gross sales

  • Food Trucks that are able to provide their own power will be given preference

General Information

Exhibit Display

Choose your desired exhibit type during the online application process, spaces are given on a first come first serve basis - your space will not be confirmed until payment is received for the space.  The Swift Current Ag & Ex will NOT reserve or hold any booth space for any exhibitors, deposit OR full payment must be received to confirm booth space.

Move in Hours:

  • Tuesday June 23rd: 1:00pm - 8:00pm

  • Wednesday June 24th: 11:00 am- 3:00pm

All food concessions must be set up and ready for inspection BY 12:00 NOON on Wednesday June 24th.

Move Out Hours

  • Saturday June 27th 8:00pm - 11:00pm

  • Sunday June 28th 10:00am - 3:00pm

Show Time Hours

  • June 24th 4:00pm - 9:00pm

  • June 25th 1:00pm - 9:00pm

  • June 26th 1:00pm - 9:00pm

  • June 27th 1:00pm - 8:00pm

Display services

Each Indoor Exhibit Booth Purchased will include blue curtain backdrop and side draping. Chairs for the duration of the show will also be provided however tables & table cloths will not be included with exhibit space.

Table rentals will be available to add to your exhibit up until June 1st 2026. Tables will NOT be available for purchase during set up time. Indoor booths will have internet access and 15 amp power available.

Exhibitor Passes

Each exhibit will come with two 4-Day Gate Admission Passes and 1 Exhibitor Parking pass. Extra Passes will be available for purchase on the application.

Admission passes are required to enter the gates daily. All exhibitors are expected to have a gate admission pass or will be required to pay on entrance.

Parking

Exhibitor Parking is very limited and there will be a maximum of 2 Parking passes per exhibitor. 

There will be an exception for set up & tear down, however for the rest of Frontier Days, all vehicles in exhibitor parking without a parking pass will be towed.
